The opportunity

The mobile advertising industry is rapidly evolving, and LevelPlay sits at the heart of it, connecting publishers and advertisers through a powerful mediation platform. As a LevelPlay Growth Manager, you’ll work across both the supply and demand sides, driving business impact through data, driven optimization, cross functional collaboration, and strategic consultation.

We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can partner with key global accounts, lead mediation test strategies, identify monetization and UA opportunities, and help both internal and external stakeholders succeed. This role requires a unique mix of analytical skills, ad tech know how and relationship building capabilities.

You’ll serve as a key point of contact for top partners and internal teams, lead business reviews, spot performance anomalies, and offer product based solutions to drive impact. You will also champion knowledge sharing and play a vital role in educating and enabling teams across the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with account managers on both the demand and supply sides to identify optimization opportunities and improve monetization strategy.
  • Act as the main POC for mediation testing and related support across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze high-level data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and inform actionable strategy.
  • Upsell and recommend product features based on deep understanding of client needs and performance.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and strategic check-ins with partners to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Lead competitive analysis in mediation and translate findings into internal and external action plans.
  • Support global cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, Sales, Client partners, TAM, and Developer Support Engineering.
  • Deliver training sessions, build guidebooks, and share best practices with internal business teams.
  • Provide weekly updates to the broader Ad Revenue organization on test progress and partner impact.

What we're looking for

  • 3 years of experience in the mobile advertising ecosystem, with strong understanding of mediation, in-app monetization, and ad network dynamics.
  • Experience working across both supply and demand sides of the mobile ads business.
  • Strong data analysis skills, especially in Excel or other analytics tools, with a high-level perspective on trends and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • A natural relationship builder with a client first mindset and strategic approach to solving challenges.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills for internal enablement and external communication.
  • This is a global role, working with clients and teams across regions.
