The opportunity
We’re looking for a Team Leader / Manager to lead a team of Strategic, Named, Territory and Net New clients in Japan. The Manager, Industry sales will report to the Global VP of Industry Sales & Partnerships.Key functions of the role will include driving the team to develop sales strategy, scaling the business, GTM activation, field alignment, joint selling and commercial management.

What you'll be doing
- Manage sales function in order to maximize sales and revenue across Japan
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Unity’s global objectives and the unique landscape of the Japan markets.
- Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs and market conditions
- Has the authority and accountability to negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights, and adapting to regional dynamics
What we're looking for
- Experience in Partner/Manager/GTM Manager/Sales Leader within the SaaS industry
- Experience and expertise in Cloud technology sales
- Results driven, financial acumen and business management skills
- Deep understanding of Industry customers' needs.
- The ability to empower a team and individuals to work to and achieve monthly and quarterly and annual sales targets
You might also have
- Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environments
- Experience with Salesforce.com, CLARI, and other sales systems
- Willingness to travel
