The opportunity

The Head of Strategic Sales will be the driving force behind the adoption and growth of our Offerwall (OW) solution among China’s top-tier app publishers and game developers. You will lead the strategy and GTM, helping partners transform their user engagement into a high-yield revenue stream. This role requires a sophisticated consultant who understands the delicate balance between user experience (UX) and monetization in the unique Chinese mobile ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

  • Hunt and Navigate the C-Suite: You will lead the charge in opening doors and building deep, strategic alliances with CEOs and Heads of Monetization at China's top publishers, aligning our roadmap with their long-term LTV goals.
  • Bridge the Market-Product Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the market and Global Product teams, translating local cultural trends and "reward preferences" into scalable, high-impact features.
  • Master Tech-Business Fluency: You'll seamlessly pivot between deep-dive technical discussions with engineers (SDKs, APIs) and high-stakes financial pitches to executives (ARPU, eCPM, Fill Rates).
  • Architect Seasonal Dominance: Proactively design and execute "Currency Sales" and high-velocity campaigns during China’s most critical commercial windows, such as Golden Week and the New Year.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence: Take full ownership of the revenue targets, moving beyond "maintenance mode" to relentlessly identify and close new opportunities for expansion and optimization.
