The opportunity

Supersonic is seeking a proactive and Senior Technical Operations Manager to join one of our puzzle game studios.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product and Monetization to ensure the end-to-end execution of in-game events, promotions, and live A/B tests. You’ll own the technical setup and operational workflows that power Events & Promotions at scale.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate monetization and product activities through the game’s back-end/back-office tools: configure promotions, features, set pricing schemes, and define player segments
  • Ensure smooth delivery of all promotions, events, and live experiments
  • Configure and launch campaigns in back-office systems, including asset management and pricing setup
  • Lead weekly A/B test planning and coordinate with Economy, Product, Monetization, and QA to meet timelines
  • Collaborate with QA to validate that campaign configurations function correctly in live builds
  • Track live test performance daily; surface issues and opportunities, and apply quick optimizations to hit KPIs
  • Maintain high availability for emergency troubleshooting and backend fixes during off-hours/weekends to ensure 24/7 game stability.
  • Provide feedback on the internal LiveOps platform regarding business needs, technical requests, and new feature requirements

What we're looking for

  • You have 2+ years experience in a technical role in the gaming industry - a must
  • Hands-on experience working with back-office and game configuration tools
  • Passion for games
  • Background in hyper-casual/casual games
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • High technical proficiency; comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms at once
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication; able to align stakeholders and move fast
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to go the extra mile to help the team succeed
