To keep on growing the right way, we are looking for a dynamic and resourceful IT System Administrator to join our amazing team. This team will suit someone who is organized and dedicated and takes pride in their top-notch skills and experience. We work on projects to build infrastructure as well as their maintenance, improvement, and monitoring of the systems.

What you will be doing:

  • Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy and configure infrastructure components, including cloud services, virtual machines (VMs), and storage solutions.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and implement innovative IT solutions to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and security of Linux and Windows-based systems through regular updates and patch management.
  • Service Creation: Develop and build services from the ground up to meet specific organizational requirements.
  • Backup Management: Oversee backup platforms to safeguard critical data and systems.
  • Ticket System Support: Collaborate within a structured ticketing system, primarily in Tier 3 support capacity.

Your skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT system field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Linux and Windows troubleshooting with good problem identification, resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with networking protocols (DHCP, SNMP, DNS, SMB, NFS, LDAP, etc.)
  • Managing large-scale storage solutions (Dell Isilon, DDN, etc.)
  • Familiar with Azure, GCP, AWS, infrastructure, and cloud applications services
  • Scripts: Experience with at least one of the following languages: Bash, Python
  • Familiar with Kubernetes, Ansible, Foreman, and Terraform.
  • Familiar with JAMF and extensive knowledge of macOS - a plus
  • Experience with iOS - a plus

Proficient in English, both verbal and written
