We are hiring an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CTO & Tech Department. You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks- from scheduling and summarizing meetings, and monitoring progress of activities in order to ensure our workflow runs smoothly. In addition you will be responsible for building our monthly tech all hands meeting and facilitate in structuring other presentations to facilitate the CTO needs.

Please note this position requires working 5 days a week from our offices in Jerusalem.

What you will be doing

  • Calendar Management: Prioritize and coordinate meetings, optimize scheduling, and facilitate tech group-wide meetings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Track progress, document meetings, follow up on initiatives, and prepare summary reports with action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and presentations for internal and external needs.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the Tech budget, monitor expenditures vs. budget, and refine internal approval processes.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest discretion and professionalism.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using productivity platforms such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
