We are looking for a Senior App Store Optimization Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and leading Lightricks ASO activity across the board.
What you will be doing
- Execute strategic plans to grow our apps organically on both AppStore and Google Play Store
- Full storefront ownership including copy, creative, in-app events
- Own the creative process for testing and optimizing store graphic assets to increase app pages conversion rate
- Competitive landscape knowledge sharing & trend detection
- Define & track organic traffic against revenue goals
- Track, monitor and reflect the company ASO status
- Conduct localized keyword research and competitive analysis
- 360° purview of related metrics, including app vitals, ratings & reviews, editorial feature submissions & more
Your skills and experience
- Proven ASO experience and excellent understanding of organic growth best practices
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Analytical thinker, with the ability to recognize patterns and trends
- Creative approach, can communicate and guide designers and copywriters
- Strong background in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheet
- Ability to work with precision in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently & be proactive about new opportunities
- Good communication & collaboration skills
- Experience of ASO within subscription or gaming apps- a plus
- Experience collaborating across multiple cross-company teams- a plus
