What you will be doing

• Lead machine learning based projects from ideation, through research, evaluation, production implementation, and monitoring.
• Conduct independent applied research and innovation in new content and technological domains.
• Truly understand data and draw practical conclusions from it.
• Work with engineers, designers, and product managers to produce new initiatives and improvement ideas.
• Keep abreast of new research developments in academia and expose them to all team members and stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in a technical field from a top tier university or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in leading machine learning related projects (e.g., recommendation systems, search, natural language processing, large language models).
• Experience with deploying machine learning models to production.
• Python experience & SQL skills - a must.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and innovate.
• Skilled at exploring raw data to uncover actionable insights and drive impactful ML initiatives.
