We’re looking for a Creative AI Solutions Specialist to join our AI Lab — a cross-functional group driving innovation, experimentation, and advanced AI capabilities across Lightricks.

This role sits at the intersection of creative technology, product, and applied AI. You’ll work on cutting-edge LTX-2 workflows, prototype new capabilities, help bring AI solutions to market, and act as a domain expert supporting teams across the company — from Product and Design to Sales and Business Development.

Success in this role requires strong ownership, curiosity, technical depth, and a passion for pushing creative AI forward.

What you will be doing

• Build innovative AI-powered prototypes and POCs, with a strong focus on advanced LTX-2 workflows and new creative capabilities
• Develop and refine production-ready AI creative pipelines to ensure quality, scalability, and market-readiness
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to push visual quality and unlock new product opportunities
• Act as a domain expert and advisor in generative AI, animation, 3D, and creative computing across the company
• Partner with Product, Research, Design, and Creative teams to turn innovation into impactful features
• Support Sales and Business Development by deep-diving into client needs and demonstrating the value of our AI solutions
• Enable teams through training and hands-on guidance on new AI tools, workflows, and capabilities
• Own the ideation and exploration of new creative and AI-driven capabilities, driving initiatives from concept and research to tangible prototypes and production impact

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience & formal background in creative technology, animation, VFX, 3D.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered creative workflows, including tools like ComfyUI
• Strong understanding of generative AI systems, models, and creative pipelines.
• Ability to prototype rapidly, iterate, and explore in a fast-paced, experimental environment
• Independence in planning and executing experiments to solve open-ended, high-impact problems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative AI workflows and visual outcomes
