The Role

Lightricks is looking for an EE & Events Production Specialist to join the Operations team who can turn dreams into reality - quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. The Employee Experience team sits within Operations and is responsible for everything that makes Lightricks a great place to work. From producing large-scale company events to the small daily touches that keep the experience running smoothly. We take pride in doing it all, and doing it well. At the heart of this role is end-to-end event production: taking an idea from concept through to execution at a high standard, working closely with our Internal Brand Studio and external vendors. Beyond events, you'll support the team across a wide range of EE responsibilities.

What you will be doing

  • Plan and produce company events end-to-end. From concept and creative brief through on-site execution and teardown, collaborating closely with our Internal Brand Studio and external vendors.
  • Support the team across a variety of domains including swag production, team fun days, meeting room coordination, refreshments, and more.
  • Lead swag productions from concept to delivery.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee wellbeing activities and benefits initiatives.
  • Support EE internal communications - writing employee facing updates and announcements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers — briefing, negotiating, following up, and holding them accountable.
  • Be the person on the ground when things need to happen.

Your skills and experience

  • Background in event production is essential - you've worked in a hands-on production environment, worked directly with vendors, and produced events for hundreds of people.
  • High-level writing and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Versatile, able to take on different tasks within the team, and be a supportive team player.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage and streamline processes effectively.
  • Ability to connect and work with individuals across various positions within Lightricks, as well as with external suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Monday.
