Company
Lin Health Medical Group provides treatment for chronic pain through non-pharmacologic, behavioral based interventions. Our mission is to address the pressing need for accessible, affordable, and effective support for the 1 in 5 Americans suffering from chronic pain. The company was established by leaders in the field of chronic primary pain and neuroplasticity.
Our treatment philosophy is based on a nervous system first approach to pain and other chronic somatic syndromes (ie. IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, long COVID), recognizing the role the brain and nervous system plays in both amplifying and at times perpetuating chronic pain. Our pain recovery program utilizes the latest evidence based techniques in pain neuroscience and pain reprocessing to help people decrease and many times eliminate their pain.

Physicians supervise all patient care via async documentation and via telehealth (video) sessions about every three months. Physicians meet with patients in ~30min telehealth visits before patients begin treatment, then about every three months during treatment. Physician role is to confirm appropriateness of Lin's treatment, enroll patients in care including required consents, handle medical escalations during treatment, address new patient medical concerns if they emerge, and reinforce key concepts that contribute to patient success. Physicians play a supervisory role and do not directly deliver day-to-day intensive programming. Physicians also review summaries of patient progress each month for sign-off. Physicians must maintain active licensure and relevant board certification, as well as assist in Lin's work to credential each physician with our insurance payers. Occasional team meetings and educational opportunities are offered.
