Do you want to be our next Director of commercial partnerships?

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Director of commercial partnerships for the DACH region, to lead and grow MDClone's business in the rapidly expanding analytics, data access, and innovation markets with vast experience working with healthcare delivery organizations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the SVP International and managing all aspects of the commercial activities and sales processes of the region
  • Building and executing plans for growth across market segments and territories, expanding and executing MDClone’s go-to-market strategy in the DACH region (and potentially expanding to additional EU markets)
  • Drive sales and scale MDClone’s platform across the health system in the DACH region by identifying growth opportunities directly or via channels
  • Working with the Executive Team, including the CEO, CCO, VP Marketing, VP of Strategy, and others to drive business activity
  • Managing forecasting for quarterly and annual targets for the territory
  • Tracking and improving commercial processes, including win rate, cycle time, and funnel build
  • Executing key business priorities associated with customer success, growth, and profitability, and reporting them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the DACH region on behalf of the company
  • Build MDClone’s profile with national policy makers by engaging in thought leadership activities, such as working groups on synthetic data, and influencing the writing of standards on the use of synthetic data.

Academic and Professional Experience

  • 10+ years of commercial strategy, business development, or market access experience in digital health in the DACH region.
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • Experience navigating and identifying the right Federal structures and organizations for potential business development opportunities, and a proven track record of closing scaled technology contracts with Healthcare providers, Pharma companies, research hospitals, and other research institutes
  • Thought leadership and specific knowledge on emerging trends and developments within the European digital healthcare landscape
  • Operational and management Experience in leading and developing a strong business development pipeline in the DACH region
  • A collaborative leader to manage a cross-functional team that can deploy commercial strategy to achieve growth targets in line with MDClone's aims
  • Experience in overseeing the complete sales pipeline including pricing, contract negotiation, and closing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (writing&verbal)
