Description
Role Brief:
We seek a talented Clinical Researcher with extensive experience in academic research and data analysis, including original publications, who will train researchers in effectively utilizing the MDClone Platform. The researcher will be part of the Customer Success (CS) team and work closely with clinicians, key opinion leaders, other researchers, and IT/BI teams.
The Clinical Researcher will assist users in defining their study questions, mapping their needs, and maintaining communication with MDClone’s product team. The Researcher will work closely with clinicians, key opinion leaders, other researchers, and IT/BI teams. Acting as the product expert, this position is pivotal in implementing and creating value from developed technologies at customer sites, including universities, hospitals, HMOs, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of the MDClone system on-site.
- Act as the product expert and guide users through onboarding and system utilization.
- Work closely with the customer to demonstrate and create value from the platform.
- Introduce and train end users (clinicians, researchers, data brokers, IT/BI, key opinion leaders, etc.) on the MDClone Platform.
- Perform needs analysis to bridge product road map and user requirements.
- Assess researchers' needs and gaps for better product definition.
- Promote system use by arranging training events, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with MDClone Customer Success and product technical teams on content development.
- Support data analysis and scientific article publication.
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Relevant degree such as MSc/RN, preferably in medical/life sciences or related fields with a thesis.
- Experience in academic research, quality and operational improvement projects.
- Proven experience in delivering group and one-on-one training sessions.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead interactions with both internal and external clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Israeli healthcare system and data management (an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to understand healthcare operations, gaps, and opportunities for optimization (an advantage)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues and clients to achieve common goals.
- Fluent in English
