Description
Role Brief:
We are looking for a talented global Customer Training Specialist (temporary position) with experience in developing learning and training materials.
The specialist will develop a variety of training materials, manage the LMS platform for customers and be in touch with both MDClone Product and Customer Success teams. This position plays a crucial role in implementing MDClone products to support the efforts of usage and value within the healthcare and Big Data industries. This job combines technology, learning, marketing, and design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Developing training e-learning materials end-to-end
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the LMS platform
- Analyzing data and providing ongoing meaningful insights from surveys and usage reports
- Taking an active role in the implementation of the learning platform and driving successful adoption
- Taking part in designing and implementing new onboarding plans and events with clients
- Taking an active role in creating customer training communities
- Working and collaborating with local and global vendors & trainers
- Working closely with internal teams - CS, product management, sales, and marketing
Professional Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in training development in a global company
- Good video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia or equivalent)
- Proficiency with learning development tools (Rise 360)
- Experience working with learning platforms such as LMS/LXP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Fast learner, proactive “can do” approach, high degree of self-motivation and ownership

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Israeli healthcare system and data management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Learning Technologies or equivalent
