You will be responsible for aligning and optimising go-to-market processes, data, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive predictable, scalable growth. You will own end-to-end revenue process design, insights, and systems that improve efficiency, conversion, and retention throughout the funnel.

What will you do?

  • Act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders in our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing).
  • Own the standard dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real-time performance updates for each commercial team.
  • Produce weekly pipeline generation and bookings forecast updates working closely with the functional leaders in Sales and Marketing.
  • Maintain and iterate the customer and prospect database, own segmentation, and ensure GTM teams and motions are appropriately aligned.
  • Work with Marketing leadership to continuously refine and optimize account and lead scoring models, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Take ownership of our Salesforce instances, focusing on data enrichment, data hygiene, and maintaining high deliverability rates for our communications.
  • Implement robust tracking and measurement strategies to analyse and optimize all stages of the revenue funnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing multi-touch attribution.

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experiences:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
  • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and GTM productivity.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

You connect with our values:

Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.

Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.

Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.

Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.

Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.
