What will you do?
- Salesforce Administration: Maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce, including user roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data management.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Analyze business requirements and processes to identify and implement automation and workflow optimization (using Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, etc.).
- Technical Solutioning: Design, build, and support custom solutions—leveraging your technical skills (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs experience is an advantage).
- Data Management: Ensure data quality, perform imports/exports, and build effective data governance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Integration & Scalability: Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, support tools, etc.).
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features, assess their applicability, document configurations and customisations, and implement enhancements according to best practices.
What will you bring to the team?
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (Advanced Admin a plus).
- Proficient with core Salesforce features: custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, Flows (and migrating from Workflow/Process Builder), permissions, sharing/security, and reports/dashboards.
- Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, or Salesforce development is a plus, with a willingness to learn more.
- Strong foundational process and business analysis skills; able to review requirements and translate them into scalable configurations.
- Clear, concise communicator with solid organizational skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Consistent documentation habits and adherence to best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes, integrations between Salesforce and other systems, or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud/Pardot).
- Bonus: Experience assisting with Salesforce upgrades, data migrations, deployments, or implementations (e.g., Change Sets, DevOps Center).
- You connect with our values:
- Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
- Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
- Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
- Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
- Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.
