We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing team at Teads. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in digital media and/or advertising who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll manage a portfolio of independent agencies and brand partners, ensuring strong campaign performance, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. While a solid understanding of digital campaign execution is a plus, this role focuses primarily on relationship management, campaign success, and commercial growth.What You’ll Do
- Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agency and (direct) brand clients, ensuring smooth collaboration and ongoing satisfaction.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign setup, delivery, and optimization in close partnership with internal teams, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Account Growth: Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Teads’ solutions with client goals and identifying new areas for partnership.
- Strategic Support: Help clients understand best practices, campaign performance, and industry trends to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Work shoulder to shoulder with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
- Strong and trusted client relationships

- Growth in revenue from existing accounts
- Positive collaboration and contribution within the local team
- 3–5 Years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising (preferably in media, adtech, or programmatic).
- Proven experience managing clients and supporting revenue growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking) is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in digital innovation.
- Has a proven track-record of exceptional time management - effectively plans long-term and big projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
