Teads is looking for a senior leader for the Technology sector to join our Strategic Accounts team based in London.

About the opportunity

This new position offers an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic and pioneering company in the field of full-funnel digital advertising solutions. The Strategic Accounts Team is a key driver of growth within Teads and we have strategic partnerships with many of the world's top brands, including Samsung, Lenovo, Nissan, LVMH, PepsiCo, Nestle + more

Based on this success we wish to step change our focus within the Technology & Telcos sector building on some recent big wins in this vertical. The Global Industry Director needs to have proven experience of digital sales within the Technology & Telcos sector, and their primary responsibility will be to cultivate and enhance both existing and new relationships and partnerships, leading to revenue growth, with the most prominent clients in the Technology & Telcos industries.

In addition to your work with Technology & Telcos brands, you will collaborate closely with our Agency Sales teams around the world to manage high-level media agency relationships across your portfolio of brands. You will be seen as a true expert in your field of Technology & Telcos advertising and expected to upskill all local sales teams at Teads on how best to grow partnerships in this sector.

Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the senior team's development of an advertiser-first strategy.

What will you do?

  • Own and grow a global portfolio of Technology & Telco brands, developing long-term strategies and relationships across senior decision makers at both client and media agency level
  • Build and deepen client partnerships, establishing annual agreements/JBPs that put Teads top-of-mind and embedded in core media plans
  • Deliver personal and vertical revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Partner and collaborate effectively with Agency Sales and Local Market Commercial teams to deliver vertical revenue goals
  • Drive internal and external knowledge sharing: quarterly vertical POVs, client/agency workshops, and enablement sessions
  • Ensure Teads is top-of-mind for Technology & Telcos clients and a vital component of their core media strategy.

You will also

  • Serve as an industry expert to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within the Technology & Telcos vertical
  • Craft and deliver consultative sales presentations that leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, awareness of market trends, and Teads' comprehensive full-funnel solutions
  • Actively contribute to the accumulation of external and internal market intelligence and insights
  • Take the initiative in engaging with industry committees and participating in conferences to stay at the forefront of industry developments and opportunities

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences:
    • 10+ years in digital media / ad tech sales: with strong experience selling into Tech & Telco at regional / global scale
    • Expertise in full-funnel solutions spanning online video, display, performance, and CTV, with the ability to architect cross-funnel strategies and effective measurement
    • Proven track record of influencing and building relationships with senior media and marketing leaders
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
    • Strong track record of results delivery and ability to convert business from other media channels
    • Willingness to travel and work across different time zones
    • Passionate – high energy and enthusiasm
    • A self-starter – creative, resourceful and adaptable, able to find solutions to problems whilst delivering a high standard of work
