We’re looking for a Business Developer, Supply to join our LATAM team, based in Mexico City. This is a newly created, individual contributor role focused on developing strategic partnerships with premium publishers and expanding Teads’ supply footprint across Latin America.
You’ll identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with media owners, and help them unlock the full value of their inventory through Teads’ unique technology and advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with premium publishers across LATAM.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Ad Ops, Product, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and partnership growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that create long-term value for both Teads and our partners.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize monetization strategies.
- Stay on top of industry trends, from programmatic to CTV, to anticipate market needs and guide publishers through change.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or publisher management within digital media or adtech.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher monetization models.
- Proven track record in deal negotiation and relationship management.
- Analytical thinker with a commercial mindset and great attention to detail.
- Autonomous, curious, and driven- you take ownership and make things happen.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
