About the opportunity

  • Are you passionate about digital media and motivated by driving business growth through smart client engagement? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Sales team at Teads as a Sales Intern, based in Milan. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to expanding our client base, nurturing strong relationships with agencies and brands, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to campaign activation.

    As part of the Inside Sales team, you’ll work closely with Account Managers, Business Developers, and Marketing to identify new opportunities, craft tailored media proposals, and ensure a seamless handover to our operational teams. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of customer experience, while helping our partners achieve their marketing goals through Teads’ innovative advertising solutions.

    By joining us, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic and driven team shaping the future of digital advertising on the open web — working with leading brands and agencies to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.

What will you do?

  • Support the Sales team in developing proposals and media plans aligned with client objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies and advertisers at different levels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Marketing, Publishing, Finance) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

  • Prepare and present commercial offers, ensuring pricing accuracy and competitiveness.

  • Manage CRM data and maintain up-to-date sales pipeline information.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Contribute to upselling and cross-selling initiatives with existing clients.

  • Participate in forecasting and reporting activities to track sales performance.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Previous experience in a Sales or Business Development role, ideally in digital media, marketing, or technology.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • A proactive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken).
