About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partnership Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our partner management operations, focusing on data integrity, publisher onboarding, and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks to support our partners effectively.
Initially, this will be an internal role however there may be opportunities in the future to work on external client-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Partner Manager team for proactive management of onboarding setup for new publisher supply.
- Generate reports and monitor partner performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze data and tracking operational performance for management
- Collaborate with the APAC Partner Manager team to align on operational needs. Acting as a link when required between different departments [technical, finance,compliance].
- Process optimization: Streamlining workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and implementing new procedures to improve operational performance
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple trackers, data points, and reporting tools.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Looker or similar reporting platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive team player who ensures operational tasks are executed seamlessly.
