About the opportunity

Based in Prague and working as part of the CEE team, the Sales Manager (freelance position) for Czech Republic and Slovakia will work closely with the Sales Director to further develop and grow the local market for Teads.

This role is focused on executing the sales strategy and consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-growing digital advertising environment. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, deep agency relationships, and solid expertise in digital, video, and programmatic advertising.

What will you do?

  • Manage, and grow a strong portfolio of media agencies and direct clients accross Czech and Slovak markets
  • Actively prospect and win new business and cross-sell while maintaining long-term relationships with key agency and client partners
  • Lead regular meetings and presentations with media agencies to discuss client briefs, campaign planning, and schedules
  • Advise clients on suitable advertising solutions and build strong brand loyalty toward Teads
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction, including creative services and research projects & measurements.
  • Own and maintain a structured sales pipeline for the Czech and Slovak business
  • Deliver against defined revenue targets and contribute to overall market growth

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills:
    • Proven track record of prospecting and selling digital advertising solutions
    • Strong existing relationships within major media agencies in the Czech Republic (Slovakia a strong advantage)
    • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, with solid knowledge of online video and programmatic sales
    • Demonstrated success in winning and managing large accounts
    • Very good technical understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
    • Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
    • Ability to resolve queries efficiently and communicate effectively across internal teams
    • Very good spoken and written Czech (or Slovak) and English, including the ability to lead presentations and business meetings
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online media or digital advertising sales
      Experience with programmatic advertising is strongly preferred
