About The Opportunity
As a CA Industrial Trainee in the Accounting team of Teads, you will gain hands-on exposure to global accounting and financial reporting for multiple international entities. This role is designed for a motivated CA student who wants real-world experience in corporate accounting, audits, and compliance within a fast-paced, international environment.
You will work closely with the Finance Team based in Gurgaon and support GL Accounting team across month-end close, statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
This is a learning-intensive role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to build strong accounting fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries and support bank reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Support billing processes across multiple international entities.
- Process vendor invoices, maintain documentation, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Validate financial data and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Support validation of numbers used in statutory filings, submissions, and representations.
- Assist in audit coordination, including documentation, follow-ups, and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for legal and secretarial compliance requirements.
- Maintain organised working papers and support process improvements where possible.
Requirements:
- Currently undergoing CA Article-ship.
- Both groups of CA Intermediate cleared.
- Qualified B.Com / M.Com Graduate.
- Eligibility for Industrial training program for a minimum of 6 months (without break).
- Basic working knowledge of accounting principles, audits, and financial statements
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
