About the opportunity

The Campaign Management Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution, delivery, and optimisation of managed service campaigns under the guidance of CX Managers. This role helps ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and monitored closely to meet client objectives, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

What will you do?

  • Assist in end-to-end setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimisation of managed service campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns align with media plans, IOs, client objectives, and platform best practices
  • Conduct QA checks on budgets, targeting, flight dates, and creative implementation
  • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing daily, escalating risks or performance issues to CX Managers
  • Support basic optimisation actions, such as pausing underperforming creatives or adjusting targeting, under guidance
  • Assist in implementing campaign updates, including budget changes, creative swaps, targeting updates, and flight adjustments
  • Support reporting validation and discrepancy checks with third-party measurement partners
  • Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, or creative issues in collaboration with Product, Studio, and external partners
  • Maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and campaign tracking processes

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences:
    • 1–2 years’ experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations
    • Hands-on exposure to digital campaign execution (display, video, or programmatic)
    • Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, and third-party measurement tools preferred
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
    • Basic understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, CPA)
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
    • Clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders
    • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
    • Collaborative attitude and comfort working cross-functionally with Account Management, Studio, Product, and Tech teams
