Teads is seeking an energetic and data-obsessed Publisher Partner Manager, MEA to grow our Global Growth Publishers Hub business. In this role, you will work closely with some of our most strategic publisher accounts to create long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
You are a go-getter with a strong client service mindset, ideally bringing experience in ad tech, particularly in managing publisher relationships. You combine strategic thinking with an execution-focused approach and have a passion for data, performance, and building impactful partnerships. You approach challenges with creativity, using your skills to tailor solutions that accelerate account growth and strengthen our publisher network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow dedicated publisher accounts across MEA region
- Lead all operational and strategic aspects of account performance, including onboarding, technical setup, optimization, analysis, and ongoing relationship management to achieve goals for both Teads and its partners.
- Partner with the Business Development team to onboard new supply partners, and support renewals and amendments
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Technical, Product, and Operations) to build scalable processes and improve efficiency
- Develop a strong understanding of Teads’ solutions and tailor the right offerings for partners
- Master the Teads solutions portfolio to provide the most relevant offerings for each partner.
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital media / Ad Tech industry, ideally in managing clients within the MEA region.
- Proven ability to track, identify, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Fluent in English (frequent interaction with management and international partners). Any other language (notably Arabic or French) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data and trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Desire to learn the technical nuances of the Teads system to solve client issues.
- Autonomous, self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google suites (Excel/Sheets). Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
