About the opportunity

We are looking for our next Office Manager to join our vibrant and fast-growing Montpellier hub!

In this role, you won't just manage a space—you will be the heartbeat of our local office. You will act as the ultimate go-to person, responsible for creating an exceptional workplace environment, fostering a strong team culture, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run flawlessly.

If you are a proactive, people-oriented professional who thrives in an international, dynamic tech environment and loves bringing positive energy to the workplace, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

  • Workplace & Facility Management: Take full ownership of the daily operations of the Montpellier office. Maintain the premises in pristine condition, manage layouts, handle inventory, and oversee the ordering of office supplies, snacks, and drinks.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Act as the main point of contact for all external service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance, etc.). Negotiate contracts, ensure high-quality service, and communicate directly with the building management agency.
  • Office Culture & Internal Events: Champion the local office atmosphere. Ideate, plan, and execute internal events (team lunches, seasonal parties, afterworks, and community initiatives) to strengthen team spirit and keep the good vibes flowing across all departments.
  • Administrative Support: Help coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, manage local employee admin tasks and track office expenses in collaboration with the finance team.
  • On-Site Logistics & IT Coordination: Ensure meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and local office equipment are fully operational, working closely with the IT support team to resolve any practical issues for local staff.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences:
    • Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, or a similar administrative/hospitality role, ideally within an international startup, scale-up, or fast-paced corporate environment.
    • Languages: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential, as you will interact with global teams and local French vendors daily.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a natural "people-first" attitude. You are outgoing, empathetic, and confident in building relationships at all levels.
    • Organizational Mastery: Highly organized and autonomous, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Proactivity & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and find creative solutions to unexpected daily challenges.
  • You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
    • Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
    • Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.

Please submit your CV in English.
