About the opportunity
Teads has an opportunity for a Director of Global Brand & Experiential Marketing who is passionate about marketing, innovation and differentiated experiences to join our team, based in New York.
This role will report to the VP of Brand Marketing and Communications. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that create exceptional and consistent brand experiences across touchpoints including tentpoles, proprietary events and industry partnerships. This role leads the effort to understand our target audience, define the desired brand perception, and translate that into tangible experiences that build brand loyalty and drive business growth.
We are looking for an ambitious, creative individual who is passionate about marketing & communication, ideally with already established connections within the advertising, technology and media industry.
As the Director, Global Brand & Experiential Marketing, you will work closely with executive leadership, sales, and regional marketing teams. The successful candidate will shape the global brand marketing strategy for Teads with a self-starter mentality and a hands-on approach.
What will you do?
- Create comprehensive brand experience strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead major experiential marketing initiatives, such as industry events, tentpoles (CES, POSSIBLE, Cannes, Advertising Week etc.), and proprietary brand activations.
- Develop creative briefs and work closely with internal teams and agencies on brand campaigns and experiential events.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the brand team and the leadership team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Be responsible for driving the global brand and experiential marketing strategy and work closely with leadership on the global budget including forecasting and tracking.
- Ensure experiential initiatives and partnerships are delivered effectively and on budget and be able to measure success and demonstrate ROI.
Your skills and experiences:
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, event production, or experiential marketing, ideally within AdTech, SaaS, media, or agency settings.
- Proven track record of personally managing at least 2–3 flagship industry events or major brand activations per year from concept to post-event reporting.
- Experience navigating fast-paced, corporate environments where leaders wear multiple hats.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable business outcomes from past brand activations and campaigns.
- Deep experience designing, building, and executing live brand activations, trade show presence (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week), pop-ups, and executive dinners and roundtables.
- Hands-on experience managing large budgets, including line-item forecasting, vendor negotiation, and measuring event impact (pipeline contribution, brand lift, engagement metrics).
- Proven track record hiring and managing external production houses, experiential agencies, booth builders, fabricators, and talent/influencers.
- Ability to bridge brand strategy with internal partners—specifically Sales, PR, Product, and C-suite executives—ensuring event narratives drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing 1–3 direct reports (e.g., Event Managers, Marketing Coordinators) or leading cross-functional project teams.

The pay range for this position is USD $120,000 to $150,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
