About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategic Partner, Data & Measurement to join our global team for a one-year maternity cover. In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for defining, spearheading, and executing the research and measurement roadmap for a select list of Teads' most prestigious global advertisers.

Every day, you will tackle ambiguous and stimulating challenges by building consultatively with global account teams, managing complex data request pipelines, and elevating case studies to prove our media value at the highest levels. If you are a business-driven storyteller who thrives at the intersection of programmatic advertising, data analytics, and client partnerships, we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

As a Strategic Partner, Data & Measurement, your mission will be to:

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture consultative relationships with Global Media, Data, CMI, and Brand teams for a dedicated portfolio of strategic clients in partnership with our Global Account leads.

  • Lead Research & Measurement Agendas: Design, coordinate, and execute global research agendas. Monitor investments, track campaign ROI, and deliver actionable insights directly to clients.

  • Partner with Key Leadership: Work closely with the Teads STA team and client-side Heads of Media to build long-term credibility and broaden our commercial relationship.

  • Innovate & Build Guidelines: Design innovative measurement solutions to improve client business KPIs, compile performance norms/guidelines, and transform successful campaigns into powerful case studies.

  • Own Client Rituals: Prepare and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), client workshops, and collaborative hands-on workshops (Ateliers) to design tailored testing regimes.

  • Deliver Thought Leadership: Produce high-impact thought leadership pieces for executive presentations, and proudly represent Teads alongside our clients at key industry events.

  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: Respond to routine data and measurement inquiries using both proprietary Teads tools and syndicated third-party platforms.

  • Facilitate Internal Collaboration: Align internally with Management, Sales, Marketing, Studio, and Data teams across different time zones to share best practices and technical learnings.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven Track Record: 15+ years of relevant experience within a media vendor, research agency, or global ad-tech environment.

  • Deep Ad-Tech Domain Knowledge: A robust understanding of digital media measurement, audience measurement, and the programmatic advertising landscape (including working knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and SSPs).

  • Vendor & Industry Familiarity: Direct experience working with major measurement/ad-effectiveness platforms (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Comscore) and consumer intelligence platforms (e.g., GWI).

  • Advanced Methodological Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and a strong understanding of Attention Measurement techniques.

  • Future-Proof Industry Vision: A clear understanding of the cookieless landscape and the challenges/solutions arising from the erosion of third-party cookies.

  • Strategic Storytelling & Analytics: An exceptional ability to synthesize raw data, construct meaningful hypotheses, and turn complex numbers into a compelling narrative for senior executives.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (advanced formulas and basic analytic functions are a must); familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is highly preferred.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally across global time zones.

What We Offer

  • A highly collaborative, international, and dynamic work environment.

  • Flexible working options to help support a healthy work-life balance.

  • The chance to make a massive business and strategic impact at a global media platform.
