About the opportunity
- As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will act as the operational anchor driving flawless execution and campaign performance across Teads’ proprietary platforms in Paris. Sitting at the intersection of ad technology, media planning, and client success, you will collaborate daily with Sales, Account Management, Insights, and Creative teams to ensure digital advertising campaigns exceed client expectations from kickoff to final wrap-up.
What will you do?
- Own Campaign Execution: Manage and track digital advertising campaigns end-to-end, ensuring full delivery, pacing accuracy, continuous optimization, and strict alignment with client KPIs.
- Client Onboarding & Setup: Guide clients through their onboarding journey on Teads platforms, leading campaign setup and ensuring seamless technical integration.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics to extract actionable insights, delivering detailed pacing updates and comprehensive end-of-campaign wrap-up reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Insights, and Studio/Creative teams to orchestrate unified, high-performing campaign workflows.
- Media Planning & Measurement: Participate in media planning activities, Reachcast forecasting, and the execution of Brand Lift studies to measure true campaign impact.
- Quality & Compliance: Safeguard operational integrity by upholding strict Brand Safety standards, tracking protocols, and internal compliance policies.
- Process & Documentation: Maintain precise campaign archives and documentation while proactively contributing to best-practice sharing and continuous process improvement.
What will you bring to the team?
- Your skills and experiences:
- Core Experience: Demonstrated initial experience (e.g., internships or entry-level roles) in ad operations, digital media planning, or campaign management within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with digital performance metrics, reporting datasets, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Communication: Professional fluency in both French and English, with strong interpersonal capabilities to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Execution & Ownership: High attention to detail, strong organizational agility, and a proactive attitude toward solving operational gaps.
- Bonus points:
- Prior exposure to programmatic buying, DSP platforms, or ad serving technology.
- Hands-on experience setting up third-party tracking tags or working with post-campaign reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with media forecasting tools or Brand Lift measurement frameworks.
