About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support VPs overseeing critical global functions. The ideal candidate will be a master of complex scheduling, a strong communicator, and a resourceful problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Dual Calendar Management: Strategically manage, prioritize, and resolve conflicts for two demanding VP calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with critical business objectives.
  • Comprehensive Travel & Logistics: Coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries, flight/accommodation booking, and timely submission of expense reports.
  • Gatekeeping & Communication: Serve as the professional first point of contact, screening and prioritizing communication (emails, calls) and drafting correspondence on behalf of the VPs.
  • Operational Support: Giving envelopes to department employees - birthday, birth gifts, and more.
  • Department budget management
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Act as a highly resourceful and independent self-starter, anticipating administrative needs and proactively implementing solutions to maintain executive efficiency.

Requirements

  • +2 years in a relevant role (or similarly applicable experience).
  • Proven ability to support multiple tesks & stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to details within tight deadlines, can-do attitude.
  • A consummate team player who seeks a highly rigorous and collegial environment.
  • Familiarity with credit and/or lending markets is a plus.
  • Ability to create order out of chaos. Hyper-organized but also flexible.
