About the Role

Pagaya is looking for a Project Manager to take part in the onboarding of new financial partners onto Pagaya’s platform. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team driving Pagaya’s immense growth. This dynamic role requires superb strong technical and project management abilities. A typical day could include highly technical sessions with product and engineering teams, monitoring, documentation, presentation and schedule management. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable diving into the technical details of an API with a software engineer. you will work with clients based in US

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your technical skillset to understand and communicate our product, technical requirements, and solutions strategy to other departments in the company.
  • Collaborate and own relationships with internal cross-functional and external stakeholders, including Research, Product, Operations, and Engineering, for successful deployment of our solutions with multiple partners.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of product, research, and operations tasks.
  • Track and monitor project progress using key metrics to ensure tasks stay on schedule and potential issues are identified and flagged early.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, process guides, and technical specifications, prepare and deliver clear presentations on the project.
  • Deploy your project management and organizational skills to improve the efficiency and structure of processes relating to new partner onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Math, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager/Program Management position.
  • Experience with providing API solutions.
  • Proven technical acumen with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and quickly resolve technical issues effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluent, confident, and articulate in English.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to handle partner escalations outside of normal business hours as needed.
