About the Role
We are looking for a driven and passionate Personal Executive Assistant to manage the schedules of key executives, including organizing personal events, meetings, overseeing household operations, and planning comprehensive international travel itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Personal and Professional Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate the founder's personal calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled appropriately.
- Direct Executive Personal Support: Provide direct, hands-on support for personal matters and errands, which explicitly includes, but is not limited to: Personal appointments and meetings, transportation logistics and other personal activities.
- Collaboration with External Service Providers: Manage external service providers to maintain smooth personal and professional operations.
- Detailed Travel Planning: Organize and execute detailed domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and comprehensive itineraries.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and personal information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- +3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar position in a high-paced environment (Including army service).
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of service providers and vendors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including US time)
- Strong capacity to work autonomously, meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and punctuality.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to manage international communications effectively.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail within tight deadlines, and a can-do attitude.
- A consummate team player who seeks a highly rigorous and collegial environment.
- Ability to create order out of chaos, Hyper-organized but also flexible.
