About The Role

As the AI Lead,, reporting directly to the CIO. You will manage the implementation of organizational AI strategy.The role will work closely with senior business leaders, IT, Security, Data, Engineering, Product, and the CTO organization to align AI initiatives with business priorities, technology standards, and risk appetite. This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, a product-driven mindset, and a deep familiarity with the global AI ecosystem. You will lead a specialized AI Squad to map opportunities and execute end-to-end solutions that drive a measurable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Squad Management: Lead and mentor the AI squad, including implementation, engineering, and security capabilities, ensuring clear priorities, delivery discipline, and cross-functional execution.
• AI Market Expertise: Act as the organization’s subject matter expert on the evolving AI landscape; continuously evaluate third-party tools, LLMs, and automation frameworks to identify high-impact solutions.
• Product-Needs Mapping: Partner with business and technology leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, Security, Engineering, Research, and Product to identify pain points, qualify AI opportunities, and convert them into prioritized use cases.
• Strategic Roadmap: Define the AI vision and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, technical feasibility, and long-term organizational impact.
• Technical Orchestration: Orchestrate solution design and implementation with IT, Security, Data, and Engineering teams, ensuring integrations are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Stakeholder Influence: Translate complex technical capabilities into business value for senior executive leadership, while fostering a "bottom-up" innovation culture.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in Product Manager/AI Lead/Technical Lead roles within global, high-growth SaaS environments.
• 2+ Proven track record specifically leading the implementation of AI-driven processes, LLM integrations, or GenAI tools across a large-scale organization.
• Deep fluency in the AI ecosystem: Comprehensive knowledge of current market tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, vector databases, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to select and tailor the right products to specific business needs.
• 3+ Years of experience in Team Lead position.
• Significant background in Software Development/Engineering, with the ability to navigate complex integrations, API architectures, and technical infrastructures.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• An entrepreneurial and authoritative leader who can navigate high-stakes environments with strategic maturity and drive rapid "Startup-mode" execution.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence both hands-on R&D teams and C-level executives.
• Fluent English
