We are looking for a a talented Operations Business Partner to join our innovative Center of Excellence in the customer journey department. As Business Process Manager, you will lead the operational process design to meet business and compliance needs. You will be using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve our customers’ journeys and operational processes as well as analyze insights from multiple sources to clarify ambiguous problems. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between thinking strategically about big picture initiatives, executing quickly on tactical opportunities, and troubleshooting operational issues.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Set the vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, operational needs to improve operational workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Lead, design and improve operational processes and flows, including analytical and technological aspects, and manage projects to execute them.
  • Work closely with Program, Business, Operations, Compliance & Risk to translate business and compliance needs to operational process and be responsible for end-to-end implementation.
  • Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive project success, utilizing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for success.
  • Develop SOPs, identify automation opportunities, innovate processes to maximize operational excellence for all customer journey units (KYC, business support, customer care).
  • Builds trust fosters a collaborative team environment with all stakeholders across the organization to achieve project goals.

For this role, you have:

  • At least 5 years of working experience and proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving results.
  • Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Preferred experience in Payment and Fintech companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
