Platform is expanding its global technology footprint, and we are looking for a Global Platform Expansion Manager to drive international workforce scaling, outsourcing strategies, and operational efficiency across multiple international sites.
This role will lead key expansion initiatives, working across multiple functions to scale operations efficiently, optimize resource distribution, and enhance collaboration between global tech sites. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building the operational foundation to support Platform’s next phase of growth.
This position requires a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, with the ability to balance business needs, talent strategies, and operational scalability in a fast-paced global environment.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Global Expansion & Workforce Planning
- Lead expansion efforts in new technology sites, working with local recruitment agencies, HR, and operational leaders to establish and integrate new teams.
- Develop a structured framework for workforce distribution that aligns with business priorities, local market dynamics, and long-term scalability.
- Ensure smooth operational integration of new sites, enabling seamless collaboration across global teams.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Tech leadership to build a global talent roadmap that supports Platform’s long-term strategy.
- 3rd Party & Outsourcing Strategies
- Develop and oversee outsourcing strategies to enhance global operational capabilities while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate external partnerships and establish scalable models for third-party engagement in technology and product operations.
- Ensure that external engagements maintain high-quality service, operational resilience, and cost-effectiveness while integrating smoothly with internal teams.
- Operational Scalability & Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Identify process inefficiencies and scalability gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational execution.
- Drive harmonization of workflows across international tech teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with Platform’s strategic objectives.
- Support leadership in data-driven decision-making by defining key operational metrics and performance indicators for cross-site management.
- Foster a culture of agility, knowledge-sharing, and operational excellence within a fast-growing, global tech environment.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 10+ years of experience in global tech operations, workforce strategy, outsourcing, or large-scale operational projects.

Proven experience managing international expansion efforts and cross-border workforce strategies.

Strong ability to optimize operations and scale teams across multiple global locations while balancing business and organizational needs.

Familiarity with outsourcing models and third-party integration in technology-driven organizations.
