About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented college student entering their senior year, preferably studying Finance, Economics or related field, to join our team for an 8-week temporary role starting in June. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to Corporate Development / M&A in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.

What you will do:

• Conducting research of key areas of M&A focus, including analysis of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and reaching out to targets identified
• Assisting in financial analyses on potential transactions to help Management discuss merits of acquisition vs. partnership vs. building in-house

You will bring:
