Payoneer is looking for a Director, Market Development, EMEA to join an extremely fast-growing global B2B business & manage E2E lifecycle of respective segment customers in key markets of EMEA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and high energy environment.LocationThe candidate can be based out of Petah Tikva (IL), Dubai (UAE) or London (UK) and will involve actively working with business leaders across the region.
About the role
The Market Development Manager will define and drive business side programs for Payoneer into B2B products and portfolio. As end-to-end owner, you will work with sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, finance, and analytics teams to improve internal efficiency on these lines of businesses. This role calls for an individual to highlight strong data analytical skills, capability to go multi-layer to understand root-causes, work through ambiguity to define organization level programs, drive scale through automation, display decision making to enhance customer and corporate partners’ experience and bring financial efficiencies through monetization. This role requires an individual to constantly innovate and learn thereby providing a steep learning curve, adding a fair amount of business skills to the individual. This role will focus on the EMEA region while working with the global stakeholders.
What you'll do :
- Define, own, and manage programs to drive revenue acceleration from various customer segments across key markets in EMEA. This will include driving New Acquisitions, Depth of Usage from existing markets and tapping new/underpenetrated markets in the region.
- Plan and execute multiple projects focusing on Market Development/Expansion in B2B segments, Improving Profitability and Driving efficiencies. These projects may involve collaborating cross functionally/geographically.
- Own end-to-end key business metrics like Volumes and Revenue, Ideal Customer Profiles for the business lines.
- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, and define measurement frameworks to support actionable insights.
- Understand market-specific landscapes and use those insights to determine our go-to-market strategy in markets of interest
- Design and develop processes to simplify operations through Programmatic interventions led by in-house or 3rd party expertise.
- Lead annual planning exercise, conceptualizing new work streams and converting it to workable operational plans including staffing plans, tooling plans and process design.
- Lead automation to drive efficiency in the Business line and scale up through Business Development engagements.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in new-gen sectors like Fintech, Ecommerce and Payments.
- 4+ years' experience in program or project management.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
- Experience defining and executing against program requirements.
- Ability to inspire direct reports and influence those without direct management responsibility
- Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
- Proven experience dealing with ambiguity and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
