Finance Manager (China)
Role summary - Payoneer is looking for a Finance Manager to join our extremely fast-growing global Fintech business in China. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and high energy environment. The position will report to the Senior Finance Manager, China.

What you’ll do
- Act as an accounting business partner for Payoneer’s management and teams in China, connecting with global teams
- Plan, develop, and implement new financial working processes in regard to Payoneer’s operational activities in China
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to initiate and monitor ad-hoc marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist the Senior Finance Manager to oversee accounting ledgers ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, ensure timely submission of forms and periodical reports to authorities and ensure vendor payments process run smoothly and accurately
- Assist to liaise with authorities related to statutory financial reporting, tax and matters related to it
- Drive period closing close activities including preparation of reporting packages containing analysis of balance fluctuations against business activities
- Oversee internal and outsourced bookkeeping and payroll teams
- Support audits of local annual financial statements, partnering with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and execute upon them
- Execute internal control over financial reporting activities and maintain appropriate documentation
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting field and an active qualified professional accountant (China CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Big 4 accounting firm experience, and minimum of 4 years as financial controller/finance manager
- Deep proficiency in China Accounting Standards and corporate tax regulations
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of US GAAP would be a significant advantage
- Experience in a multinational fast growing tech organization is an advantage
