It involves partnering closely with domain ops and crew leaders to implement KPIs consistently across teams, track progress over time, and communicate performance insights clearly.
What you'll do:
- Design and evolve the KPI framework that translates Platform-level OKRs into measurable KPIs across domains and crews, covering product outcomes, modernization velocity, delivery impact and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner across domains, crews and guilds to align on metric definitions, ensure data integrity, and embed KPIs into operational rhythms.
- Build, scale, and maintain trusted dashboards and reporting pipelines using BI tools to provide timely, actionable insights to teams and leadership
- Translate performance data into compelling narratives, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decisions and highlight areas for improvement.
- Facilitate recurring performance reviews and metrics pulses, driving accountability, transparency, and cross-domain alignment around goals and outcomes.
- Own governance and documentation for metrics - including definitions, data sources, cadences, and change tracking - to ensure consistency and self-service across the organization.
- Continuously improve the insights operating model, proactively identifying gaps, streamlining reporting, and enabling teams to act on data with clarity and confidence.
Who you are:
- BSc degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, economics or a related field.
- 5+ years in a senior Product Ops, BizOps, Analytics or similar cross-functional operations roles, preferably in platform or multi-domain tech corporations. Experience in fintech and/or global enterprise environments is a strong advantage.

- Deep comfort with BI tools and working directly with data teams to shape useful reporting.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Strong grasp of technical and business processes, with the ability to bridge gaps between diverse stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Influence & Alignment: Build trust, navigate ambiguity, and bring cross-functional teams together without formal authority to reduce friction and accelerate outcomes.
- Strong communicator with the ability to transform messy or ambiguous data into clear, actionable signals for decision-making.
