Role Summary
The Commercial & Product Operations will oversee our touch-motion customer segment and drive pricing excellence across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations, with a direct impact on growth and monetization strategy. This position combines business acumen with product-oriented thinking. You will translate commercial needs into scalable product solutions, working closely with Product to ensure tools, infrastructure, and pricing capabilities evolve with business strategy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-driven, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will play a critical role in shaping touch-motion pricing structure, enhancing commercial infrastructure, and enabling revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Own the Commercial Strategy for Touch-Motion Customers: Lead the commercial performance of touch-motion accounts (those managed by Sales and Customer Success teams). Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for growth or optimization, and guide GTM teams accordingly.
Shape and Evolve Pricing Structure: Develop, refine, and implement pricing models that drive sustainable revenue growth. Leverage product data and technical capabilities to design scalable models. Ensure pricing aligns with product value, customer needs, and market dynamics.
Bridge Business and Product: Act as the commercial voice in product discussions, representing business needs in collaboration with Product. Translate commercial requirements into product specifications, influence the product roadmap for pricing and monetization, and validate that technical solutions align with business goals.
Partner Across Functions: Work closely with Sales, CSM, RevOps, Finance, and Product to ensure pricing and commercial strategy is executed effectively and supported by data-driven decision-making.
Project Management: Own and manage key projects, ensuring timely execution, tracking deliverables, and providing regular updates to leadership.
Monitor Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: Stay on top of market pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to continuously inform and iterate pricing and product approach.
Who You Are
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Business and Management, Economics, or a related field.
· 5–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, revenue operations, or a related role, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven company.
· Experience collaborating with Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Ability to understand technical workflows is a must (Salesforce, APIs, data flows) and their impact on commercial performance.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
· Product mindset: capable of balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
· Experience with financial modeling and performance metrics.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership and craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
