Role summary:
We are in search of an exceptional Principal Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding company and become a valuable member of our Payment Product Group. As Principal Product Manager, you will help shape and deliver innovative solutions that support our global customers in managing their business payments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into product initiatives, ensuring our Payments-related offerings deliver maximum value and impact.
This individual contributor role is pivotal in shaping the long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands, and optimizing product-market fit. This role combines strategic thinking, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making, all in a highly collaborative, global environment.

What you’ll do:
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and product lifecycle management, from generating ideas to execution of complex Payments products.
- Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, operational aspects and business growth. Maintain a transparent workflow to meet deadlines, manage resources efficiently, and ensure the timely delivery of new features and updates.
- Promote a culture of innovation and user-centered design, ensuring our products align with the market and delight users.
- Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams (Go to Market, Strategy, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations and more) to ensure everyone is on the same page and communication is effective, overcoming various challenges.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to consistently improve our product offerings. Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements to optimize product success and profitability.
Who you are?
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management. Proven experience as a Principal or Senior product manager or similar leadership roles, with proven track record of building and growing successful products – Must!
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and make data driven decisions - Must!
- Experience in product strategy and long-term strategic planning – Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and releases - Must!
- Experience in the fintech B2B/B2C industry, with global payments – great advantage!
- Experience in executing product initiatives and driving experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scaling products and leading them to significant growth.
- Strong product methodologies understating and the ability to mentor.
- Good understanding of UI/UX.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Product led growth proficiency: Knowledge of PLG principles and experience in implementing PLG strategies is highly desirable.
- Savvy learner, avid listener, storyteller and presenter.
- A technical undergraduate degree and an MBA is an advantage.
