Wanted: Builder of Learning That Sticks

We’re looking for someone to own the learning experience in Israel and help shape how we grow talent across the globe. This isn’t just about leadership development (though that’s part of it). It’s about creating learning programs that meet people where they are: new joiners, seasoned ICs, frontline managers, execs…you’ll design for all of them.
In this role, you’ll impact the full employee learning journey in Israel (and across the globe), tied to the moments that actually matter. Whether it’s onboarding, giving feedback, managing others, or just getting better at your craft, you’ll be the architect of experiences that are practical, relevant, and worth the time.
You’ll be the go-to learning partner for our Israeli teams, but you won’t go at it alone. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Talent Development team to stay in sync and make sure what’s built locally doesn’t stay local. You’ll also contribute to our global L&D strategy; helping pilot, scale, and evolve programs that can lift people up everywhere.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Learning in Israel: You’ll own the L&D roadmap for Israel, creating programs for ICs, managers, and leaders that align to real business needs and our culture.
  • Design Across the Journey: From onboarding to feedback to growth conversations, you’ll build learning that supports people across key career moments.
  • Build, Deliver, Iterate: You’ll launch practical learning experiences that land well and evolve fast. No corporate fluff…just what works.
  • Serve Every Level: Whether it’s a first-time manager, a new hire, or an executive leader, you’ll build learning that resonates with their reality.
  • Work Shoulder-to-Shoulder with Global: You’ll stay closely aligned with our global Talent Development function to avoid duplication, share wins, and co-create wherever it makes sense.
  • Scale Smart: While Israel is your core focus, you’ll think beyond borders. You’ll shape programs that can scale globally or inspire global pilots.
  • Partner Deeply: You’ll work with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand what people need, then build for that.
  • Facilitate, Coach, Connect: You’ll lead sessions, coach others, and create space for meaningful learning, not just content downloads.
  • Measure and Adjust: You’ll track effectiveness and use insights to keep programs fresh and impactful.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Org Development roles, preferably in a fast-paced or global company
  • Track record of designing and delivering learning for all levels, not just managers
  • Experience working in or closely with high-growth regional hubs (Israel a major plus)
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, you know how to own a room and guide a conversation
  • You’re a builder, comfortable creating programs from scratch and tweaking them after round one
  • You’re thoughtful about scale, what works for one region might work globally, and you think with that lens
  • You love working across functions and cultures, you’re collaborative, direct, and outcome-focused
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
