We are looking for an Enablement Manager with strong L&D expertise and a technology orientation to lead and scale our global GTM enablement programs. This role is critical to supporting our Sales and CSM teams across the full employee lifecycle learning journey – from onboarding, through ongoing learning programs and certifications, to building and executing a long-term enablement roadmap. You’ll ensure that training, tools, and methodologies are aligned, adopted, and drives measurable business impact.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive end-to-end enablement programs globally: onboarding, continuous learning, certification programs, sales & account management methodology and skills implementation, coaching program, GTM training roadmap.
- Lead knowledge management: manage and maintain the knowledge base infrastructure, ensure accuracy and relevance, and continuously evolve it to support GTM needs.
- Bring technology orientation: manage the LMS and related tools, develop digital learning assets (eLearnings, videos, AI-driven resources), and provide agile solutions to emerging needs.
- Apply strong L&D expertise to design structured learning journeys, translate business needs into effective programs, and measure impact.
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders across Sales, CSM, Product, Marketing, and other business functions to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Operate as a global function for a large GTM organization, balancing unique regional needs with scalable, cross-geographical initiatives.
Who are you?
- 2+ years in Enablement, L&D, or related roles – preferably supporting large GTM organizations with a focus on sales/commercial teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently execute complex programs.
- Tech-oriented: experienced with learning platforms, content creation tools, design platforms, and applying AI and emerging technologies.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact and optimize programs.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to move initiatives forward independently.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence global teams.
- Fluent English
