About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Role summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Product Manager to join Payoneer’s Data Product Unit – the central hub for data product management across the company.

In this role, you will own the data product strategy and execution for the Growth organization, partnering closely with the Growth Analytics team to design and deliver data products that enhance data accessibility, accelerate decision-making, and drive measurable business impact.

You will lead the data product lifecycle end-to-end – from understanding business challenges, defining analytical and operational needs, through designing scalable data models and assets, to delivering high-quality data products that empower the Growth organization.

This role is ideal for a product-minded, business-oriented data leader who is both strategic and hands-on, and who thrives on connecting complex business goals with technical execution.
