Marketing Specialist (Marketing Communication)
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our China marketing team. You will be primarily responsible for executing communication strategies to existing customers via email and WeCom, ensuring messages are accurate, timely, and effective. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, optimizing details, and driving results through data.

What you’ll do
Customer Communication Management
- Align with internal business teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product) to collect and clarify customer communication needs, including content, target audience, and scheduling.
- Assist in developing monthly/quarterly email communication plans aligned with business goals.
Email & WeCom Execution
- Use Braze, BesChannels, and other tools to set up email templates, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and configure automation workflows.
- Manage customer messaging via WeCom, ensuring content consistency across channels.
- Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines, localization requirements, and compliance policies.
Campaign Deployment & System Management
- Monitor email delivery to ensure timely and accurate customer outreach.
- Maintain customer segmentation tags and improve user data management logic.
- Explore and leverage AI capabilities (e.g., AI email content generation and personalization) to enhance communication efficiency, relevance, and scalability.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze core metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; prepare performance reports.
- Propose optimizations (e.g., subject lines, content layout, send times) based on data insights to continuously improve engagement.
Who you are
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or customer communications; email marketing execution experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Marketo, Braze, BesChannels, and/or WeCom operation experience is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and fast learning ability will also be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Data-sensitive, capable of using basic analytics tools to interpret performance.
- Good communication and coordination skills to clarify requirements and drive implementation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
