Role Summary
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function is responsible for establishing and operating the enterprise framework for identifying, assessing, and overseeing risks arising from third party relationships, including outsourced service providers, banking partners and other critical vendors. The function supports regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and sound risk governance across the full third party lifecycle.
The Senior Analyst, Third‑Party Risk Management is responsible for ongoing vendor oversight focused on financial monitoring and contractual analysis, supporting portfolio visibility and intake handling, and ensuring higher‑risk vendor records and outputs are accurate, complete, and decision‑ready; the role also supports due diligence activities as part of the broader third‑party lifecycle
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing financial monitoring of third‑party vendors, document outcomes, and flag issues requiring further review or escalation.
- Review and analyze vendor contracts to identify and document key oversight‑relevant terms (e.g., audit rights, termination provisions, service scope, regulatory obligations).
- Maintain and support third‑party portfolio reporting, including defined KPIs and tracking outputs used for management oversight.
- Review and process vendor intake requests, ensuring completeness of information and correct routing based on service characteristics and risk drivers.
- Support identification and documentation of portfolio‑level considerations, such as vendor duplication, concentration, and dependency indicators.
- Execute and review due diligence activities for higher‑risk or higher‑tier vendors, ensuring assessments are complete, accurate, and decision‑ready.
- Support improvements to tools, templates, and workflows that strengthen consistency and accuracy of third‑party oversight activities.
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance, and align with other relevant stakeholders, to ensure consistent handling and resolution of third‑party risk issues.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the Third‑Party Risk Management team and enhance Payoneer’s enterprise resilience and risk management capabilities.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred background in finance, business, law, or risk.
- 3-5 years of experience in Third‑Party Risk Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, or related fields.
Qualifications
- Background in financial analysis / FP&A, contracting, or commercial vendor management (i.e., comfortable with spend drivers and commercial terms).
- Experience operating in a regulated, multinational environment.
- Demonstrated project / delivery management capability
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to review and interpret complex documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis, documentation, and management reporting
- Experience supporting project management activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and remediation actions
- Experience working with budget inputs, cost estimates, or spend‑related data as part of project, vendor, or risk initiatives
Certificates or Licenses
- Preferred but not required (e.g., CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, CIA, NCMA contract management certifications (CPCM / CCCM / CFCM), or other relevant third‑party risk, audit, or contract governance certifications).
