- Define and own strategic KPIs to drive quality, velocity, and delivery predictability.
- Implement and evolve tooling and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, dashboards, automation) for visibility and efficiency.
- Play a key role in the transformation toward a squad-based structure, establishing agile frameworks and governance.
- Drive innovation and AI enablement within delivery processes to enhance planning accuracy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and management to plan and monitor delivery across multiple product lines.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a PMO or similar within a software or technology organization.
- Process & organizational leadership
- Demonstrated success in defining, implementing, and maintaining KPIs across multiple teams or functions.
- Hands-on experience with organizational transformations, preferably involving Agile adoption or transition to a squad-based structure.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, development, integration, and release processes.
- Proficiency with JIRA or equivalent delivery management tools – must.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience operating in iterative, fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (or equivalent degree) from a leading university.
