About the position

The HRIS & Ops Lead is the system owner of the HRIS (Bob) and is accountable for the integrity, governance, and reliability of all people data and HR processes reflected in the system. This role owns end-to-end HRIS processes, ensures high standards of data accuracy, and drives consistent execution of core HR operations.

The role is requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage HR systems, processes, and data quality across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

HRIS & People Data Ownership

  • Own the HRIS (Bob), including configuration, permissions, and people data accuracy
  • Ensure people data governance, quality, and consistency through regular validation
  • Ensure the HR system is secure, integrated, and aligned with Finance and IT systems and standards.
  • Build and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards

HR Operations

  • Own HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain HR templates, documentation, and employee records
  • Manage HR vendors and external partners
  • Support payroll-related data reviews in collaboration with Finance
  • Ensure HR operations align with local labor laws, data privacy requirements, and internal policies, in coordination with Legal
  • Support HR initiatives and projects and cross-functional projects from planning through execution
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, system, and automation
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure HR operations and data are accurate, compliant, and scalable

Requirements

  • Clear ownership of HRIS, people data, and HR operations
  • High standards of data accuracy, validation, and execution
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills 3–6 years of experience in HRIS (analytics) in a global organization
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and people data structures
  • Fluent English
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • BI tools are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability mindset
