About The Position

Personetics is seeking for Project Manager / BA with technical background. In this position you will lead the implementation of Personetics analytical solutions at some of the largest bank in the world. You’ll be required to interact with both technical expert and senior managers; analyze business requirements and estimate impact on project timelines; analyze client available data and determine quality; validate technical decisions meet project objectives; bridge between client IT, business and Personetics internal teams; manage the implementation life cycle and ensure the project meets deadlines; post production you will be responsible for analysis of usage metrics and ensure overall success of the deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive plan, monitor and manage the solution implementation from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Scope the business requirements and translate to the technical needs.
  • Use You tracks/JIRAs to manage the development cycles – create customer requests, coordinate with the development team to assign/update tasks.
  • Run progress meetings during the development/QA cycles
  • Predict and manage solution releases to meet the business requirements, achieving stakeholder objectives and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain project tracking tools.
  • Identify project deliverable risks and work with the management and stakeholder to plan mitigation efforts.
  • Maintain, circulate detailed notes, including next steps and action items/follow-ups from the client and internal calls.
  • Work closely with technical, QA, business reams in explaining the requirements and provide functional guidance/answers.
  • Preliminary functional testing – Support the clients to test the solutions and analyze the defects.
  • Participate in product demos and requirements process.

Requirements

  • Must have exceptional critical thinking and team-based problem solving skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiatives, learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years' experience within the Financial services industry
  • Experience with SQL or other relational databases
  • Familiarity working with offshore dev/QA teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as the position requires extensive communication between the client facing and offshore teams.
  • Technical knowledge (knows the lingo - can speak to technical experts)
  • Relevant education: MBA graduate and/or Project Management certification; bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
  • Additional language - An advantage
  • Background in programming - An advantage
