PlainID is seeking a dedicated Professional Services Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver technical tasks both onsite and remotely with customers.
• Develop high-quality technological solutions and architectures tailored to customer needs.
• Manage and maintain integrations, deployments, upgrades, and performance enhancements in customer environments.
• Provide technical support to both support and development teams.
• Acquire and apply knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications to enhance customer solutions.
• Write design, sizing, and operational documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Services Engineer
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Proficiency in various Linux distros
• Proficiency in databases and ability to manage and troubleshoot them, including strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in handling complex technical environments and troubleshooting
• Proven experience with Kubernetes. Familiarity with Service Mesh technologies
• Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in Bash scripting
• Experience in the Information Security field (advantageous)
• Familiarity with APIs, REST APIs, and tools like Postman
• Familiarity with IDP is - an advantage
• Familiarity with various API Gateways
• Familiarity with identity and access management - an advantage
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documents

Annual salary range $110,000-$140,000
